Construction & Investment Baosu is a joint venture by HeBei Construction & Investment Group CO.,Ltd , Changzhou Hongtu Plastics Co.,Ltd and a group plastic pipe experts who engaged plastic pipes manufacture and research and development for many years. It is a famous innovative company in plastic pipe industry. It has three manufacture and R&D sites, Hebei Construction & Investment Baosu Pipe Industry Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Construction & Investment Baosu Technoloy Co., Ltd, Xinjiang Construction & Investment Baosu Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. It provides customers with high-quality pipe, complete pipe systems solution and services.

Construction & Investment Baosu has 76 plastic pipe extrusion lines and 52 fitting injection molding machines. It can produce dn 20-1200mm PE pressure pipe, dn 20-800mm (Asia's largest) PVC pressure pipe, dn 20-630mm PE and PVC injection fittings. The production capacity is 150,000 tons/year.

Baosu has 580 employees, including 28 senior technical titles and 85 intermediate technical title. The core team members are experts and scholars with professional experience and higher popularity and influence in the industry.

Construction & Investment Baosu have decades of operation experience of plastic pipe industry, over 30 China patents and 20 national standards or industry standards. They are the most important makers of CJ/T 272-2008 Modified poly vinyl chloride (PVC-M) pipes and fittings for water supply. They took the lead in development and production of Asia's largest diameter (dn710, dn800) water supply pressure pipe and fittings with PVC plastic and successfully applied in the national key projects. They lead the plastic pipe industry to export many plastic pipes. They are the first commercial PVC-M pipe in China, successful development of multi-function resistant cracking PE multi-layers compound (RC-PO)pipe, resistant high temperature polyolefin alloy(HT-PO) pipe.

Polyethylene (PE) pipes shall be manufactured from polyethylene containing only those antioxidants, UV stabilizers and pigments necessary for the manufacture of pipes. PE Pipe is intended to be used for water supply intended for human consumption, including the conveyance of raw water prior to treatment and that of water for general purposes. Our company manufactured water supply PE pipe materials are PE100 resins.

Baosu have advanced Germany Battenfeld PE pipe extruders and fittings injected machines. We can manufacture a complete series pipe and fittings according to GB/T 13663-2000,GB/T 13663.2-2005,ISO 4427:2007 standards. We have 75,000 tons/year production capacity.
